We finally bought tickets this morning to fly to Greece on 7/2, arriving 11:35 am. Can I make a 1:30 flight to Santorini? This is Aegean Airlines.
While Aegean is a good airline, that is cutting it close in case your incoming flight is late. If you had bought it all on one ticket, then if you missed the flight, the airline would have to get you on the next available flight. With two tickets you are taking a risk.
Flights from PDX directly to Santorini are longer or 1 hour international connections that are iffy for me. There is a 3 pm flight but by this point we will have been up for over 24 hours with hopefully 4 hours of sleep before we leave PDX. I could book a changeable ticket and move to next flight if necessary. There is a 2 pm flight on sky express but the reviews for that airline are bad. Sky express ok?
Sky Express is perfectlly fine, and if it has a departure that suits you better, go for it.. Sky Express airlline is a bit newer, and was a "junior partner" for awhile, but has developed a solid reputation ... modern equipment, excellent on-time record, and good reviews from European travelers. I have used it 2x both for Santorini & for Naxos... I have been flying to these islands since '99. BTW you also can look up these records, that's part of your due diligence, not just depend on opinions of forums.
The tripadvisor reviews are horrible, I have never seen so many terrible reviews. I was interested in what people had experienced here. We will probably book the 2 pm sky express, 2 and half hours to get everything done in case of late flight.

Wise decision !
You can also spend a little more for a flex ticket on Aegean that is changeable. I bought a later flight but ended up with plenty of time for the earlier flight and was able to easily change it. That covered both bases.
Sorry to hear of the problems... my experiences were 2018 - 2019 before pandemic ... it looks as if Sky Express couldn't deal with it.
Beware of reviews on Trip Advisor or other websites, 90% of happy customers do not post reviews, and there are companies that are paid to post negative or positive reviews (depending on the client's request) on such service, such hotel, such restaurant.
Two weeks ago, I flew Aegean three times in one week. All the flights while full operated on time. One of the fights was Santorini to Athens.
That being said, I'd have no problem booking Sky Express if their times were better.
I take airline reviews with a grain of salt. I take Trip Advisor reviews with a grain of salt. I take baked potatoes with a sprinkling of salt.
