Greetings! Excited to visit Greece! Thinking Athens 3 nights, Serifos 3 nights, Naxos 3 3 nights, Santorini 3 nights. Would Paros be better than Sergio’s or Naxos? Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated. Along with where you stayed! Thank you!

3 nights is only 2 full days which is largely insufficient to visit an island (except for Santorini if you only want to see the ultra touristy basics). Moreover for each trip from one island to another it will take you a good part of the day.
So I would eliminate one island. And if you do not want to avoid the famous Santorini because you want to join the crowds of tourists, it would be Serifos for several reasons:
Serifos is in the Western Cyclades islands, from Serifos you will not have any ferries to Naxos but 2 ferries per week to Paros with Blue Star Ferries and also probably only 2 ferries per week to Santorini with Zante Ferries.
In September, from Serifos the only islands you can reach with daily ferries are Sifnos and Milos
I like Serifos but it is a rather mountainous island with few beaches and few villages and also a bit different from the other Cyclades islands. The houses in Serifos are rather made of brown stone, not like the typical white washed houses in the tourist brochures
Not sure if it matches with your idea of the typical Greek island.
