Hi,
We have tickets via Ferryhopper to travel from Heraklion to Santorini in July. I just received an email this morning from SeaJets (assuming it’s real?) saying the time was changed to an hour earlier and it’s operated by Elite jet instead of Naxos jet.
I clicked onto “my booking” and it still shows the original time and vessel.
Is this something that happens or unusual or spam? I get so many fake emails I don’t know what to believe sometimes.
Anyway, I will need to buy one more ticket for someone else that’s going to be joining us and it does show the new time and vessel when I look on Ferryhopper. I think the time not changing on the booking is throwing me off.
Has anyone else experienced this?

This is typically one of the reasons why you should avoid booking ferries too early.
It is common for schedules to change over the weeks. Especially with Seajets constantly changing its schedules and ferries.
Usually you just need to book a few days in advance.
But don't worry, you will have a ferry to go to Santorini. And good for you if it's the Elite Jet, it will be more comfortable and modern than the Naxos jet.
Once in Heraklion go to a ferry ticket office a couple day before your travel and ask for confirmation of the schedule.
