Ferry schedules are posted, there are limited ferries this time of year, and they are long, ~6-8 hours.

Do not overlook flying, probably less than $150 each, but 45 minute flight time (plus a couple hours waiting/security) For that, try Aegean Air.

For flying, check www.skyscanner.com for Aegean Airlines and Sky Express.

It's a minimum of 7 hours on the ferry.
Consider flying with Olympic / Aegean or Sky Express, it's a little more expensive but it's only 50 minutes.
