Hello!
I am looking to purchase a travel day bag for when I am in Greece and Italy. Was curious what suggestions you had or your preferred bag is? Would like to keep it under 50$’s if possible but this feels like one of these things it would be reasonable to ‘splurge one’.
I was hoping for a single strap over the shoulder style and less of a backpack style, sorry I wasn’t very clear about that!
You might want to check out the Veloce Guide Bag also. We've used the regular Veloce Bag which is a bit larger and have been very pleased. It is very durable, and it appears the Guide Bag is made of the same material.
My husband recommends looking at Mountainsmith day pack. Worked great for him on our recent trip to Athens, Santorini, and Istanbul. Technically it’s a lumbar pack but it comes with a strap and so my husband wore it over his shoulder. Makes it easy to get to stuff , like for example the Rick Steves guidebook we were pulling out every 10 minutes.
