I am looking at "Encounter Tours" as an addition to what I have planned for my European travel. Has anyone had experience with this tour company?

It is actually 9 days as they count Day 10 as the day you leave Greece. They do not count your travel day from the US which some tour companies do.
2 nights Athens
2 nights Santorini
3 nights Rome
2 nights Venice
This would be too fast for me but your travel style might be different from mine.
No meals except breakfast which would be fine with me.
Limited sightseeing with the group which would also be fine.
Tips are not included so I'd ask ahead of time how much you are expected to tip the guide and driver if that is a separate person.
I looked quickly at the website and don't see a mention of which hotels they use. They say they use centrally located hotels but I would want to know examples to look their locations up on googlemaps.
