We will be on a cruise in May and will visit Delphi from 2pm-9pm. Would love some suggestions of what we should not miss. TIA

The boat is docked from 2-9PM or you have from 2-9PM IN Delphi?
The archeological site and museum are the point of going there and it looks like you should have time to do both without having to rush and have some time left over to wander the town a bit.

Is the town worth wandering through? Any not touristy restaurants to recommend ?

Delphi is very beautiful. We spent one night there and enjoyed it tremendously.
You will visit the Delphi antiquities site with its awesome views all the way out to the sea.
The Delphi Archeological Museum is a must see!
If you are on a cruise ship tour, you will have a guide who will explain this site and its amazing history.
