Hi travellers,
We have a day only port at Mykonos (7am to 4pm) on our cruise and are looking to do a self day trip to Delos for the day. I have read that you can get a ferry (I think from same port that our Norweigan Epic will dock at - Mykonos New Port) but having troubles finding the relevant ferry booking information for it.
Can anyone assist (and if there is any other information that might be helpful with this)

To my knowledge, all departures for Delos are from the old port of Chora. There is a shuttle boat service between the new port and the old port.

We took an excursion to Delos offered by the cruise line. Yes. it cost a bit more than doing it on our own, but we did not have to hassle with the logistics, nor worry about making it back to the ship on time. We had plenty of time at Delos, and even had enough time when we returned to Mykonos to wander abut the town and have a drink before returning to the ship.
I agree with above. We had a Greece tour with Carnival cruise pre pandemic. We did the DelosTours offered by Carnival. I'm pretty conservative when it comes to getting back to a cruise ship and I don't recall any issue. Of all our travels over almost 10 years, the guided tour of Delos (as well as Pompeii) stands out as a highlight. Something about being where a civilization flourished at such a place and time and imagining the daily lives of people just going about their business....
