Most day trips from Naxos to Delos are on the same boat. You may find more offers from other travel agents, but they will likely be on the same schedule and the same boat.

You should avoid Get Your Guide, which is simply a third-party service (located in Germany) that resells tours organized by local travel agencies around the world.

Any travel agent in Naxos can sell you a ticket for the Delos Mykonos excursion. They do not run every day so you will need to get the schedule. There are two boats doing that run Naxos Star and Alexander ( at least last year) Alexander is less bouncy in choppy seas.
The boat stops at Delos and you disembark for about 3 hours to tour the site. You return to the boat for the hop to Mykonos where you get about 3 hours to visit. Its a full day excursion.

We will be in Naxos next week. I have asked Zas Tours about the trip to Delos but without any response. I will post once I get there and have more definitive information.

If you are going next week, it's too early for organised trips to Delos. There is not enough demand at this time of year. Tourist season starts after Easter. Also, there have been devastating storms and torrential rains in the region causing floods -Mykonos and other islands are in state of emergency until the end of April. It's not a good time to run day trips.
