My Husband and I will be visiting Mikinos, Santorini and Athens in July. Does anyone know if there is a day that the cruise ships do not visit Santorini? If so what day or days??

They're not all the same accuracy so check frequently and find others by doing a google search for Santorini cruise ship calendar.

Know that cruise ships come for the day and leave after a few hours. Plan your town visits for early or late, when the people are gone!

Last time we were in Santorini, there ALWAYS seemed to be a cruise ship or two in the caldera. I didn't try to keep track, but that was my impression. So I wouldn't try to plan my visit around any particular days, but rather accept the crowds where they are sort of unavoidable (mostly Thira and Oia) and try to get accomodations somewhere outside of these towns.
