We are going to Santorini for a wedding. After the wedding we would like to stay & travel by boat to other countries. Any ideas on how to arrange?

Contact Fantasy Travel and Dolphin-Hellas Travel, both in Athens. They are both reliable and honest. If any such cruise is offered they will be able to set you up.

What about in Croatia? I've heard that Katarina Lines is also a good one & gets good reviews as well.

The best way to get from Santorini to Croatia for a Katarina lines cruise would require flying from Santorini to Athens to Dubrovnik or Split, Croatia. Getting there by any other means (by ferries, or overland through Greece and Albania) would be a several-day-long journey.
Another country where you can find lovely boat trips is Turkey. Depending on time of year, you could fairly easily make your way by ferry from Santorini to the Greek islands of Rhodes or Kos. You could then ferry to Bodrum in Turkey, and sail the beautiful Turquoise Coast.
But if it's islands you want to see, you are already surrounded by dozens of beautiful islands in Santorini! You may not need to travel to another country. Much depends, of course, on time of year and how much time you have for this adventure. The travel agents and this forum can help if you give us more details.
