How might the roads and driving be from Heraklion going east towards Zakros?

I just know that the storm hit and flooded Heraklion and the area to the east the worst.
Chania was OK according to someone who was there.

According to people there on the day of the flood, from October 21 the roads were cleared and people were swimming.
