Strange juxtaposition, right? But if you're one of the few who've visited both, I would appreciate your opinion as to which if more worthy of a visit.

I have visited both. I really enjoyed Mallorca, tho for me, Greece is always #1. Palma de Mallorca is a nice town with some beautiful sites (including the cathedral) but it's hard to compete with Corfu Town, one of the best old towns in Greece. When we went to Corfu we stayed in the north which had very nice quiet sandy beaches. You can also do some nice boat trips around the island, including ones that take you to Butrint over in Albania (ancient Roman site- highly recommend visiting if you get the chance). I also found Corfu less crowded. We were in Mallorca last September and some of the smaller scenic towns (like Valdemossa and Soller) were extremely crowded. That's not to say you can't find places to get away from the crowds but we didn't experience anything like that in Corfu. Honestly tho I am sure you would enjoy either, both have much to recommend them.

I have also been to both. I think a large number of British people will have because they are both major summer tourism destinations.
I don’t actually think you can go wrong with either. They obviously have a very different vibe. Majorca is more up market and expensive than Corfu. Away from the main party destinations (which are easy to avoid) Corfu is quieter.
