We are 2 families of 5 with children ranging from 10-15. We are interested in a 3 hour cooking class. We would prefer one near Syntagma Square. Any recommendations? Seems like most are 4-5 hours.
Also any other recommendations for children in this age range.

I do not know of a 3 hr. class, but I'm sure if you contact the company directly and explain, they would be happy to accommodate a group of ten and tailor to your needs.
Other recs for the kids: have them run in Olympic Stadium; outdoor sightseeing--the agora, the Acropolis, exploring Plaka. If they like dancing, they might be interested in Greek folk dance demonstrations/performances.
