Flying from US to Athens to cyprus.
Will I need to go though customs in Athens before boarding flight for cyprus?

Is this a direct flight from the US with a layover in Athens then to Cyprus or a completely different flight from Athens?
If you bought a ticket in the US for a flight to Cyprus then you should not have to go through customs as this is part of the same flight, but if it's a completely different flight then you may have to go through customs then go to the departure area and probably have to go through security.
