Any reputable car rental agency on the island will happily deliver a car to you at the airport at no extra charge. Dropping it off back at the airport when you leave is also part of the service. They'll instruct you as to where to hide the keys. I always recommend Vazeos in Oia, Tony's in Firostefani, Spiridakos in Fira and Motor Inn in Kamari Beach. If you live outside the EU be sure to bring an International Driving Permit from your local Auto Club office, no test or membership required.
