We will be staying in Akrotiri. Does anyone know where the bus stop in Akrotiri is?

Directly across from the entrance to the excavation site.

I mis-read. You're not asking about the excavation but about the town or village. Why not inquire from your hotel?

Once the bus passes the entrance to the Akrotiri Archaeological Site it continues on into the village itself. There is a bus stop in front of the Adamastos Hotel on the outskirts of the village, then the main bus stop is in the village center across from the Zafora Taverna. There will be one or two other "official" bus stops in the village but the one at Zafora is the main one. If you need to get off somewhere else along the bus route they will usually stop for you wherever you want.
