If you want to avoid a possible scam with an unscrupulous driver, book the taxi ahead for example with Welcome pickups.
You know the price, the driver speaks English and will wait for you at the airport

We used a taxi and agreed on the price before we got in the cab OR was it a flat rate unsure. Either way it was reasonable.
I also agree that Welcome Pickups is a good, honest reliable company, generally less expensive than a taxi.
The port for cruise ships is large, so having the correct location information for the ship with you will decrease frustration. Something I like to do after a long flight.
