Lots of options and huge price range.
Check the type of vehicle, if they include licensed guide or not and how long they allow from start to finish.
You can probably add a visit to Thermopylae. It could make a full day trip.

Lots of options for day trips from Athens to Delphi. Last one I did I just had the hotel book for me, picked me up in the early morning and dropped me off about 8 pm.. Long day but nice trip, I highly recommend doing it.
