We will be on a Greek cruise from Oct 2 to Oct 12. When it docks in Naples we would like a private day tour of Sorrento, Positano and Pompeii. Any recommendations. Some responses I've received are much more expensive than on the other islands. Thanks,

There are hundreds of private tour guides in the Naples/Pompeii area that also cover the Amalfi Coast. You can see the ratings in TripAdvisor.com under Thiings to Do in Naples. It's not a place that has so many tour buses available.

Shore excursions in Italy are more expensive than the Greek Islands. I just returned from a 12 night Med cruise and recommend you look on cruisecritic for your rollcall for suggestions from fellow cruisers.
