Athens-to-Delphi bus

I'm accompanying my spouse on a conference trip to Athens in July.

We'd like to visit Delphi but really do not want to rent a car (have read that parking in Delphi is no fun), and we are not fond of the idea of organized tour buses, so we are looking into taking the public bus from Athens. Looks like we can buy tickets online maybe two months in advance, but the routes currently showing seem to have different routes at different times, and I am not understanding the options:

ATHENS-ITEA-AMFISSA

ATHENS-ERATINI

ATHENS-EUPALIO

Do they all actually go all the way into Delphi, or is there a transfer required? Any advice on the different routes, or resources for additional information?

I'm really struggling to find any information online, and none of the guidebooks I've consulted have good detail.

I assume you are looking on the KTEL Fokidas website.

Simply enter your Athens as departure station and Delphi as your arrival station and you will have the bus schedule.

The different routes are because the buses have different destinations but they all stop first at Delphi. The town indicated in the "route" column will probably be the one displayed on the bus, but just ask the driver.

There is no need to book far in advance

Thank you for your reply, JoLui. I know I am thinking about this very early, but I am a "plan ahead" sort of person. :-)

Yes, I got the information from the KTEL Fokidas website. I can find the other listed towns on a map, but it wasn't clear to me the route and order in which the towns would be encountered. I'm curious about whether these bus routes travel on completely different highways and would have different scenery along the way.

I tried looking on Google maps using the "transit" option, but that tells me the trip will take 7 hours and require two transfers, which does not match at all with the other information I have found, so I am ignoring Google.
