A private car transfer from Athens to Costa Navarino costs around €450, more expensive than a week's car rental (and you'll probably have to pay the same € for the return trip to Athens).
There are plenty of car rental companies that offer you car pick-up at the airport.
The one I use, Capital Rent a Car, charges in June from €260 for a week's rental (from €390 in summer)
