scot.dailey, recommended Attalos Hotel and it was wonderful, perfect location, rooftop with the acropolis view and also a large balcony with the acropolis view as well. Clean, comfortable, and nice staff.
Also used welcomed pickups as suggested by many, good choice.
Really enjoyed Athens, people were friendly and helpful. Would visit again!
