We will soon be visiting Athens for the first time and will be there for 4 nights before heading to the islands.
We of course want to see the top attractions.
There seem to be several companies that offer multi-day passes.
Does anyone recommend one company over the other?
Any suggestions re how many days of a pass is best to get?

Multi-day passes in Athens offered by third-party websites, whether multi-day or not, are not worth it.
But without knowing what you want to do and which pass you're talking about, it's difficult to answer.
The only passes worth it are those for public transportation. Regarding museums and archaeological sites, you just need to know what you want to visit and buy the tickets one by one. No pass will be better than this approach.
