So I finally decided to rent a car for this route to visit Meteora and Delphi after research proved that the transportation options in November were way too problematic, and the tour options give you such limited time at each location.
I'm renting car in Athens in the morning, then driving to Kalambaka (Meteora) hoping to arrive around mid-day and then stay overnight. Depending on what I manage to accomplish the day of my arrival, I was planning on not heading out until mid-day towards Delphi where I will spend the next night, and have all day the next day.
Are there any suggestions for a short stop in November between Athens-Kalambaka (Meteora), Kalambaka (Meteora)-Delphi, and Delphi-Athens?
