I am traveling to Greece in the middle of September. My phone has a Wallet where my ATM card, credit cards, etc. are stored. I am just wondering if I will be able to use the cards from my cell phone by tapping.

The option to pay with credit card is now mandatory in Greece for most purchases and services, and contactless payments are the norm.
Bring some cash, just in case.
And don't just rely on a device that can break down or be lost when traveling.

It depends entirely on what type of credit cards you have in your wallet. If a certain place only accepts Visa and Mastercard, and you only have an Amex card in your wallet, you can’t use your phone to pay. Not because the shop doesn’t accept payments by phone, but because they don’t accept Amex credit cards.
