Just curious if visiting Antiparos from Paros is a good idea, a must-see or not. We have 4 days booked on Paros.

It's a lovely little island with a nice seafront village, and if you rent a scooter you can explore some of the beaches or go up to the cavern on the mountain.

from Parikia it's 30-45 minutes. From Pounta it's 10 minutes.
