I am interested in visiting three islands for walking, this April and May: Andros, Naxos, Amorgos. So far, in researching ferry connections, it seems difficult to get to Naxos from Andros in late April. If anyone has done this recently, or in the last year or two, I would appreciate some advice!
You have to find a ferry to Mykonos first, then catch another ferry the rest of the way to Naxos. www.ferryhopper.com
Depending on the time and day you can also go through Tinos instead of Mykonos.
In the ferryhopper link provided by Lee, click on alternative routes when the search results show up.
I didn't make my plan clear. I am leaving Rafina for Andros on April 22. I plan to stay a week for hiking and then head to Naxos for hiking and then Amorgos. My problem is getting from Andros to Naxos.
It was very clear.
Lee's answer as well as mine match your problem. Getting from Andros to Naxos by ferry.
All the possible ferry trips on April 22 are in the link below.
There is no direct ferry between Andros and Naxos.

Problem resolved! I've decided to go straight from Rafina to Naxos.
Why don't you go to Tinos instead of Andros?
We were there last year in May for a week and did some hiking.
There are many hiking trails, lot of beautiful villages and amazing landscapes.
In addition you will have a ferry from Tinos to Naxos on April 22 at 11.30 am (Ekaterini P) and you will be in Naxos 2 hours later.
