The day before and the day(s) after could also be messed up as international airlines avoid having their planes being stuck there and then have to get everything 'back into the rotation'., and accommodate everyone that didn't fly on their scheduled date.

Flights that would ordinarily fly over Greece may also need to be redirected, resulting in some late arrivals for some planes.

Public services and ferries will also be on strike for 24 hours, as well as taxis from 10am to 1pm
