You will have plenty of time to make the 1:30 pm flight ... All flights in October are in the main bulding, and when you get through the passport control line, you simply take the escalator up a flight to check in at Sky Express. Probably in less than an hour, even counting time to deplane from CA. Even in busy months, a 2-hr layover is fine, and y ou have 2 1/2. Relax... have Mythos beer, maybe a snack.
I think you need to go back and read the Sky Express website carefully. If you have a suitcase (and honeymooners are not traveling with a 15 lb backpack!) you will need to buy the "SKy Enjoy" level anyway... this is the ticket-rate which allows for one large bag (usually checked if the plane used is a small one, but could be carried on IF that flight uses a large jet from their fleet), Plus your small shoulder-bag carry-on. At that rate level, in the VERY unlikely instance of your missing the connection (that Toronto nonstop is 99.9% bang on time, or early), they'd immediately ask if you want to be put on next flight.
