Hi! I am visiting Athens at the end of September. I have an ICOM membership which means I get free access into almost any site/museum in Athens. Does anyone know if there is a way to reserve a time in advance at the acropolis with this membership? Or do I just have to show up in person and get whatever time slot is available?
If the published list of ICOM members on the ICOM website is correct, it mainly includes museums but not the major archaeological site in Athens:

The Acropolis is not one of them and generally speaking, no archaeological site is part of it.
The best option is to go there and ask at the ticket offices
