I recently purchased combination tickets for the acropolis via the Hellenic heritage website and I noticed the date at the top of the ticket (16/9/2024) is correct. However, towards the bottom the valid until date is 6/7/2024? Therefore, I am confused. Has anyone else experienced this or have any contact info so i can contact them?

In my opinion it's the first date that must be taken into account.
But sorry, if there is a problem with dates generated and printed by the reservation system I cannot help you further.
When you will be at the first site you want to visit , be on time if it's the Acropolis and go directly to the ticket control at the entrance, I would be surprised if your ticket is rejected when scanned.
You can try this: scan your ticket QR code with your smartphone, it will show you a result with a series of numbers and letters, locate the 2024 towards the middle, the following numbers are the month and the day.

I emailed the e ticket email address and they corrected it for me. It took them like two weeks to respond,
