I was hoping to get a combo Acropolis ticket for April 3. I can’t tell if they are all sold out or just not available to buy yet. Any insights? If they are sold out, any other suggestions for getting tickets? Thanks!

No tickets can be purchased at this time for a visit after March 31st. You will have to wait until April 1st, when prices will switch to summer rates.
The combo ticket may no longer be sold if the statements of the Minister of Culture in December 2023 about the new pricing rules are implemented.
Avoid any third-party seller who would sell a ticket beyond March 31st.

So I should still be able to plan to go on the 3rd but get online to get tickets on April 1? I don’t like cutting is so close but glad to know that they aren’t all sold. Thanks

You don't have to worry, it's the same for everyone. And if the combo ticket is still sold from April you have 5 days to use it anyway.
