We just left Greece and had an amazing time, but wanted to call out two places that were excellent in Hydra. The first was the Phaedra Hotel, which is in Rick's book and Hilda lived up to his recommendation. The room was spacious and comfortable with good amenities and Hilda was a great hostess. We will definitely be back!
We also really enjoyed the Manna Cook House, which had a great variety of types of food (pasta, greek, flatbreads, etc) and everything we tried was very fresh and tasty. The service was also very good and the prices reasonable, all a great combination.
