Hotels in Heraklion Crete

In May this year I stayed at the Lato Botique Hotel: 15 Epimenidou Street Heraklion, Crete 71202

It was recommended on a previous RS forum. I enjoyed the stay, with water view. Shops are a short distance. Short walk to the ferry. I would stay there again.

We stayed at the Hotel Kastro, downtown. It’s small, and the location was outstanding, although I don’t believe that “boutique” is how they or anyone would classify it. Modern amenities and quiet location, it was comfortable, with a good price, too.

Now it is decision time.

I absolutely loved the GDM Megaron which is a 5 minute walk from the ferry. It has 58 rooms with impeccable, professional service, an outstanding breakfast, and a lovely rooftop with sea views. Price was very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities.

Our stay at DOM Boutique hotel was terrific. Modern, immaculately clean, great service; would definitely stay there again.

Oh Chelsea we are not the same , over 1000 dollars for three nights in June lol !
We go for a month so we don’t spend more than 100-150 bucks a night no matter where lol but that hotel does look very nice !
