Best food in Kastraki, Napflio, Galaxidi, Mystras, Kardamili?

Cross posting in case I have missed anyone!

Looking for non touristy suggestions for tasty food in any of these locations! Tavernas, cafes, bakeries, picnic supplies (and picnic locations) ... all fair game :)
