hello everyone, I have booked Achilleas hotel in Athens from Aug 15-20. I'm not sure if it's a good hotel or not, has anyone ever stayed there? Breakfast is included and the location is in Plaka/City Center. Should I stick with the reservation or find something different. if not this hotel what would you recommend. Please keep in mind that they are 4 us in in the room .....

We stayed in a wonderful place on the Plaka....the most gracious hosts on a 23 day trip though Greece that was filled with kind innkeepers and comfortable rooms---Palladian Home. It's on the doorsteps of a square and though our window faced the square, it was quiet, and cool on a hot June night. We were a group of two but take the time to investigate the hotel and mention that one of their first American guests recommended their property. May I also recommend a fantastic fast food place in the Monstraki...OVEN SESAME...great prices for sensational fresh food stuffed into a crisp sesame shell.ooo savory.
