Have you looked on the accommodation page of the city?
I often find that www dot (the city name in German) dot de points me in the right direction.
in this case, after a click on the homepage or two https://zittau.de/tourismus-kultur-freizeit/unterkuenfte
gives results

Hotels König Albert, Sonne, Dreiländereck - all of them very nice, centrally located.
