I did a quick Google search and didn't find too much.... anybody know of any fun ziplining adventures in southern Bavaria? Neither of us is afraid of heights, we've jumped out of planes from 3 miles up. So the higher the better!!

I haven't seen anything related to ziplining but there are paragliding adventures near Neuschwanstein that are apparently quite fun and came highly recommended from a friend/her husband. Admittedly I'm a bit to chicken for that but it might be what you are looking for!

Yes, they do have hang gliding on the Tegelberg, about a mile from Neuschwanstein. That may be easier to find than zip lines.

Have you considered a Kletterwald (ropes course) instead? You should have no trouble finding several to choose from.

@DJ.... that looks great!! We're staying in Garmisch for 4 nights so I think I'll run all that German through a translator and see what they are saying.

And to Paul and Melissa... we'd do the paragliding/hang gliding too. That sounds like fun!
