It looks like there's a big wine festival in Bernkastel-Kues in the beginning of September. We'd like to drive in to see the fireworks (hotels are sold out and the bus schedule won't work out), but have a feeling it will be really crowded and hard to find parking. Has anyone ever attended this? If so, what was it like and what was your experience with the crowds and parking?
