I was following it with interest but it disappeared this morning.
Theory 1-- webmaster removed as it not really a 'travel' topic
Theory 2- OP removed it because:
a) upon reflection they realized the complexity of the thing;
b) they did not get the "easy 3 step guide" of how to 'attend a university' in Berlin as a foreign student. ( i.e., dissatisfied with the 'customer service' the forum provided)
1 possible, 2a more likely, 2b most likely in my book
unfortunately we are unlikely to ever know
I last saw it early this AM (insomnia) and didn't see any controversial responses.
2b or not 2b? Or maybe the OP got the answer they needed, and removed the post, rather than leaving it for posterity? Indeed, this morning’s responses seemed to be helpful and encouraging.
unfortunately when he returns with another question one day some people will be less inspired to assist
... or his son, having graduated with a University degree from Berlin, can educate his father, maybe answering basic questions, or advising his to leave a posting up for longer?
Theory 3, the kid never intended to go to Berlin, has instead told parents about the plans to pursue (this place free for your imagination), so parents took down posting.
What happened to the thread about the woman taking her teenage grandkids to Europe and was looking for a Luther-related place to show them?
I thought the replies were interesting...
