My family of 4 adults would like to book a vineyard tour in the Mosel Valley. We think we would prefer a small operation (maybe family run) vs large commercial style. Any suggestions?

We stayed at this place in 2010. The whole basement is a wine making operation. The actual vineyard is outside of town, so I don't know about touring that. The winemaker commutes to that with a tractor he keeps parked in the basement along with cart, wine press, fermentation tanks, holding tanks, bottling operation. 2 guest rooms with veranda on the main floor. Includes breakfast.
