Hello all, I've been trying in vain to find a video I saw on Youtube. The subject was smaller towns in Germany (Tübingen, Quedlinburg, Rothenburg). It had no narration. Just still scenes from towns in Germany with the town names and background music. My memory tells me the title had "Dream or Dreams" in the title. I thought it would make a great to-do list for a trip. Any help is appreciated.
There is a series of such videos, called "Visions of Sicily", etc. The two German entries are "... Bavaria" and "... Along the Rhine". Google "Visions of Germany DVD" and you'll get some hits.
I think some of those DVDs do have narration. And they are available in Spanish (at least the on-screen labels are in Spanish) as well as in English, so if you're looking to buy one, be sure you get the language you prefer.
I have seen those videos too, but can't remember the name of them. They are free and online, so you don't have to buy them.
Will look for them in the morning. Too late now and Fasching is tomorrow.
Thanks folks and just to clarify it's not a video of aerial scenes. Don't want you to waste your time with those.:-)
It might be this one (but it also includes Austria and Switzerland).
I found this one that is of the Fachwerk Strasse (Half-timbered Route). It is pretty good. Even Frankfurt made it onto this one at about 1.05. It is in our neighborhood of Höchst, which I always recommend to visit if you are here in Frankfurt.

Then we have the Prettiest Fachwerk Town Halls:

Let me know if this was what you were looking for or not.
For Bavaria there is a weekly German TV show Zwischen Spessart und Karwendel Bayern that has a lot of local stuff for Bayern. It is in German. Good information and gives you reference to other places off the touristic route. Good to note the places and Gasthaus etc.
Jo and Nancy, great videos but not the one I was looking for. Oh well, I knew I should've bookmarked it when I had the chance. I'll definitely use your suggestions though. Danke Schon.:-)
