Hello all! Does anyone have experience with this hotel? It looks to be a new property, and has very few reviews. I like the fact that it is non-smoking, but am a little nervous given the lack of information. Thank you!

I did a google search, and found booking.com had 98 reviews. The score was 9.2 out of 10. Looks pretty good to me!
Tripadvisor, expedia, and orbitz also had reviews, although not as many. The majority were very favorable.

Several people on this forum recommend Hotel Royal. The neighborhood is not necessarily attractive (although it's not that far from Vi Vada), but it's closer to the old town (Marienplatz, etc), also non-smoking. The room price, which includes breakfast (14€/pers more at Vi Vada) is quite a bit less than Vi Vada.

Also quite a bit less than the Vi Vadi is the Hotel am Viktualienmarkt located right at the Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz pedestrian zones. With Munich being so well connected by underground I would never ever choose to stay at the seedy train station.
