Unique classes/ activities (Cooking?) in Frankfurt or Munich areas

Hi,
I'll be traveling solo in May around Frankfurt and Munich areas and am looking for unique classes/activities with easy access from train that won't cost a fortune. I'd love a cooking/ baking/ pretzel making class and thought they would be abundant but so far my searches are coming up empty. The only class I've found is a pretzel making class listed as part of a Disney tour and they don't list location or details. I've heard the salt mine may be fun and am definitely making some luge time. Would love to find a few more hands-on experiences. Especially ones that have a take away. Thanks for your help
