Tuebingen Stay

Hi, Mary, can you tell us what your budget is? That would be helpful. It would also be helpful to know if you are looking for a basic hotel, or if you'd rather have a B&B or something like that. You should not have any problems finding something there, as Tübingen is a college town with plenty of accommodations.

Thank you, Mardee. Any accommodation is fine. Not too expensive. Under $150. As close to the center of Tübingen as possible. Problem is I plan to be there in two weeks already. Not sure if it is a good idea to book something outside of the city, if I plan to spend my days at Tübingen. A Gasthof would be nice, but anything, really.
Even thought if I should consider the youth hostel.

Well, if it were me and I was looking for something last minute, I would go to https://www.google.com/travel and/or https://www.booking.com. Both choices will allow you to look for hotels/B&Bs/pensions in any city by date, and you can then narrow it down by location, type of lodging, price and more. The filters are easy to use and you can pinpoint the locations on the map so that you can get one as near to the city center as you like. Also both have reviews that you can look at as well.

Good luck! I think you will enjoy Tübingen. I haven't been there (yet) although I was in the area a few years ago, but I have heard a lot of good things about it.
