Trip to Munich, Germany to central Europe

I would like some thoughts to plan my trip from Munich to Praga, Austria and I not sure yet if is better to go back to Munich or flight from Paris, France. I have only 6 days to do this. I will spend 5 days in Munich from there I want to visit these other countries in 6 days. I know is few days is any good advice?

I am not entirely sure I understand your proposed itinerary. It sounds like you are coming into Munich and spending 5 days there and then visiting somewhere in Austria, Prague and then Paris. Have I got that right? Fly into Munich, go to Austria then Prague, then fly EasyJet to Paris, then fly home from there.
