I guess the answer is very country specific because the TV rights were likely extremely expensive.
In Germany 34 of 51 matches will be broadcasted as free TV. Both major German public TV groups (ARD, ZDF) will show 17 different matches, 12 will be shown by private broadcaster RTL (source).

Mardee and others - according to the link below, the matches will be broadcast in the USA on Fox network and the Fox sport channel FS1, as well as on Fubo (a subscription based streaming platform), and a couple other one off streaming services. Which networks are airing each match are noted in the linked schedule.
