travel app suggestions

Guten Tag!
I wonder if you experienced tech savvy travelers can help us!
3 of us adults are planning a trip to Germany in May. I am wondering if you might know of a travel app that you think the 3 of us can use to add details of our trip, such as flights, hotels, train travel, rental car info, etc., as they arise. It looks like there are quite a few travel apps available. Since we are not super tech savvy, we wanted to keep it rather simple and straightforward :)
We are interested in something that would allow all 3 of us to log in, so it would be 1 itinerary with 3 people utilizing it. I hope this makes sense.
I look forward to your reply!

If you all have iPhones, you can add most of these to your apple wallet.

If you’re just looking for a way to share hotel booking info, car reservation info, etc. you can create a shared photo album and save screenshots of these items to that album.

TripIt is used by many on this forum for just such a purpose. It has become a key part of trip planning for me. It has let me know about canceled flights long before the airline ever did.

Citymapper is a worthwhile app to download prior to going. Real time public transport information in many cities.

One app I like is Polarsteps for keeping a record of the trip as I go. Friends and family (by invitation only) can follow me on my trip.

I will third the rec for TripIt - it's easy to use and a great way to keep track of everything. You can find more information on the website, which will give you an idea of how it works, but the app will do all the hard work for you. https://www.tripit.com/web

One thing I meant to add is that Deutsche Bahn, the German train system, has an app that I strongly recommend you all download. It will keep track of your train tickets for you once you've created an account, but will also let you know if there are any delays with your trains or any gate changes and so on. The app is called DB Navigator.
