Probably a cab. Otherwise it's a bus to the U-bahn. It's a short ride.

Looks like you can do it by bus in about 35 minutes with one transfer at Uhlandstr. or the Zoological Garden or ?, depending on the time of day.
Use the Bahn website. You can input physical locations (like airports) or addresses, not just rail stations. I used from: Flughafen Tegel and to: An der Urania 12, Berlin, and got lots of 1 and 2 change connections, every few minutes. An der Urania is only a few hundred yards long with the bus stop at one end. It's a divided road with a wide green belt between directions. From the Urania bus stop, walk in the left lane facing traffic.

BVG route planner suggests taking the X9 bus from Tegel (every 10 minutes) to Zoologischer Garten Bahnhof, then change to the M46 bus to An der Urania. Takes about 40 minutes.
